On November 1 of this year, the branch of SIA Vizuālā diagnostika in Gulbene officially opened a CT scanning room. A new, modern, top-class Canon Medical Systems 160-layer CT scanner, Aquilion Lightning SP 80, was replaced and installed. Now, the highest quality services will be provided to the residents of Gulbene and its surroundings.

At the opening ceremony, everyone could see the new CT scanner and listen to a presentation by Igor Palkovs, Chairman of the Board of A.Medical. He highlighted the advantages of the machine for patients, i.e., it is faster, more modern, and reduces unpleasant feelings of claustrophobia, if any. The patient feels more comfortable. The patient table is wide. “This is one of the newest A.Medical machines installed in Latvia,” said I.Palkovs.
